Our Clinical Officers deliver patient-centered care, beginning with a thorough initial assessment and extending to a comprehensive, evidence-based care plan. We emphasize early detection, prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions through continuous monitoring and intervention. Our holistic approach integrates both physical and mental health support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes from the first consultation onward.
At the Maternal and Child Health Clinic, we provide comprehensive healthcare services for women of childbearing age and children from birth to five years. Our services include family planning options such as IUCD and implant insertions, oral contraceptives, and injectable contraceptives. We offer immunization and growth monitoring for infants, including vaccination and weight assessment, available Monday to Friday. Expectant mothers receive thorough antenatal care through routine physical assessments, while our perinatal care and delivery services ensure safe childbirth and maternal well-being. Additionally, we provide counseling and health education on the prevention and management of common illnesses, promoting the overall health of both mothers and children.
The Wesley Mission Hospital Laboratory is a fully equipped, licensed facility committed to the highest professional and ethical standards. Our team of highly qualified staff provides exceptional customer care while delivering accurate and reliable diagnostic services. We perform a full range of routine and serological tests, including HIV counseling and testing services. To ensure uninterrupted service, our laboratory operates 24 hours a day with staff working in rotational shifts, ensuring continuous access to quality healthcare diagnostics.

Wesley Mission Hospital has invested in a state-of-the-art pharmacy that is fully stocked with high-quality essential medications. Our highly qualified pharmacists ensure that all dispensed medications meet the highest standards, having been certified by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB). We source our pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies primarily from Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS), guaranteeing safe and effective treatment for all our patients.
Our counseling services are designed to support individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, mental health conditions, and grief. Our team of highly trained and licensed counselors employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide personalized care, fostering emotional resilience and mental well-being. Our state-of-the-art dental unit is equipped to provide comprehensive oral healthcare services, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient comfort. We offer routine dental examinations and check-ups, personalized oral health counseling, professional scaling and cleaning, tooth extractions, restorative procedures such as dental fillings, diagnostic imaging through X-rays, preventive treatments including fissure sealants, and advanced procedures such as root canal therapy. SPECIAL MONTHLY CLINICS ( DIABETIC AND HYPERTENSION CLINICS)

COMPREHENSIVE CARE CENTRE (CCC)
MATERNITY SERVICES
This is a free outpatient initiative dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients living with retroviral disease. Our services include monitoring drug adherence, assessing the initial progress of patients, addressing potential side effects of medications, and establishing a strong support network to enhance patient well-being. The Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) operates from Monday to Friday, ensuring continuous support and medical management for our patients.
Our state-of-the-art maternity unit is fully equipped and staffed by highly qualified nurses, providing 24-hour care to ensure safe and professional childbirth services. We are committed to offering expectant mothers a safe and supportive environment for delivery. In cases where complications arise during labor requiring advanced medical intervention, we promptly refer patients to specialized facilities. Each referral is managed with urgency, and the patient is accompanied by a nurse during transit to ensure continuous medical support. Additionally, we conduct follow-ups to monitor the well-being of both mother and baby after referral, ensuring comprehensive maternal care.
